Each year the non-potable water system will be turned on when we receive water.
This date is not always going to be the exact same year to year. 

For 2026, the non-potable water is projected to be turned on Friday, May 1, 2026 and residents can begin watering according to their schedule.

Blow Out Date is usually the 3rd Saturday of October

During the start of the season, please keep in mind that repairs might need to be made which will result in the system being off periodically for some homes. Please give us patience as we get the system up and running smoothly.
